Biography

Daniel Grissom is a seasoned trial attorney with over 20 years of experience representing personal injury clients in all types of cases. He has litigated a wide variety of matters ranging from wrongful death, negligent security, trucking and automobile accidents, trip/slip and falls, products liability and maritime accidents. Mr. Grissom has recovered millions of dollars both at trial and in settlements on behalf of his clients, and has made the Daily Business Review’s list of Top Verdicts & Settlements in Florida on several occasions.

Born and raised in Miami, Mr. Grissom began his career as an Assistant Public Defender representing the people of Miami-Dade County in criminal matters. He then spent several years working at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms, learning the practices and strategies employed by these insurance companies and corporations, before coming to represent those injured by the negligence of these companies. Mr. Grissom uses all of the skills he developed over many years of litigating in court to achieve the very best results for his clients.

Mr. Grissom is a proud graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University School of Law, where he received three Book Awards (top in class) in Torts, Legal Research and Writing, and Evidence. He is admitted to practice law in all courts throughout the State of Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Each Saturday, he and his wife, Jessica, enjoy rooting for the Florida Gators football team, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
